Whether you're a city corporate CEO or a small town trendsetter, these pieces (in my opinion) are timeless. It is the one accessory that can give your outfit of the day a little something extra. My favorites are with a baggy sweater and pashmina relaxing at a coffee shop or dressing up my LBD with some statement making shoes. This trend is here for the moment, and I'm hoping, here to stay!
